Graduates of ARUCAD’s Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts step into the professional world equipped with the creative skills and technical expertise required to thrive in the industry. They can pursue careers across a wide range of fields, including roles as chefs or menu consultants in hotel and restaurant chains, food and beverage managers, culinary writers, or professionals in catering and sustainable food projects. The program also lays a strong foundation for those who wish to establish their own gastronomic brands, open boutique businesses, or continue into academia. Students have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience during their studies by completing internships in the hotel kitchens of the Arkın Group, to which our university is affiliated. Upon graduation, they will also benefit from the advantage of potential job placement within the group.
