Archaeology

About the Programme

This department of ARUCAD aims to provide students with the knowledge, tools, experience, and opportunities that will serve as a strong foundation for their future careers in the field of cultural heritage studies and conservation. A multidisciplinary approach to teaching is aimed at development of the critical thinking skills and holistic understanding of objects of study.

The location of the university on such a historically rich land as Cyprus is of particular value in this context. Students will be able to immerse themselves in the cultures of the past through the island’s archaeological heritage, a rich collection of books in ARUCAD’s specialized library, and a vibrant multi-cultural community.
