3+1 Study Opportunity at Manchester School of Art, UK
The Arkin University Creative Arts and Design (ARUCAD) has signed a collaboration agreement with the Manchester School of Art, part of Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. This agreement provides dual degree to students of the ARUCAD Faculty of Arts.
Established in 1838, Manchester School of Art is one of the oldest art schools in the UK, and is ranked 7th in the country for art and design courses in the Complete University Guide 2021. The cooperation agreement provides a unique education and experience in the field of art as well as the advantage of a dual degree.
Students who complete their first 3 years at ARUCAD will have the opportunity to complete their final year at the Manchester School of Art. The cooperation agreement also includes the possibility of 3+1 training.
The aim of this programme is to provide students with the opportunity to develop their own creative skills and knowledge in the field of their chosen career by adopting a comprehensive understanding of the study of universal approaches in the fields of fine arts and design.
Manchester School of Art is based in the centre of Manchester, and has affiliations with a wide range of out-of-school organisations such as the BBC, the Manchester International Art Festival and various art associations and galleries. ARUCAD Faculty of Arts students will also gain the significant advantage of graduating from both universities. Students who complete their final year at Manchester School of Art in cooperation can attend the graduation ceremony in Manchester.
Manchester School of Art provides a unique learning environment where students can carry out interdisciplinary work in its range of digital and traditional facilities and workshops. Students work closely with academic experts including artists, designers, art historians, theorists and curators, and have the opportunity to work with industry professionals on a regular basis.
